The hotel offers seasonal swimming in the lake at its private hotel beach and a boathouse that enables guests to discover Lake Bled for themselves.On the beach there is a toilet which is adapted for people with disabilities.

The hotel wellness centre features an indoor thermal swimming pool filled with thermal spring water , a hot tub, saunas and various massage and beauty treatments.  The pool is cleaned daily and refilled with fresh thermal water. The water temperature in the Luisa Wellness Studio pool is 22 °C.

Hotel guests can choose from two restaurants and two bars. The Jezero Bar, situated on the chestnut-shaded terrace by the lake, is only open in the summer.

In front of the hotel there is a parking space reserved for the disabled. It is best to reserve a parking space when booking your room.
