General Information

The Čatež Hotel offers a pleasant ambience for guests on holiday and those who come to Terme Čatež to alleviate their health problems.
The Health Centre of Terme Čatež ranks among the most successful spa centres in Slovenia owing to its extremely experienced professional medical staff comprising of specialized doctors, psychiatrists, orthopedic doctors, neurosurgeons, kinesiologists, physical education teachers, physiotherapists, nurses, occupational therapists and masseurs and state-of-the-art equipment.
The experienced medical team at the Health Centre of Terme Čatež uses modern therapeutic devices, diagnostic machines and the natural healing factor – thermal water for treatment and rehabilitation of:
-post-injury or post-surgery conditions of the locomotor system,
-conditions after sports injuries,
-inflammatory rheumatic diseases,
-degenerative extra-joint rheumatism,

Hotel Čatež is free from architectural obstacles and features a hospital department with round the clock medical supervision. The thermal springs where Terme Čatež is today were discovered next to the confluence of the Sava and Krka rivers more than 200 years ago. Today patients and guests can enjoy themselves at the pool complex of the Čatež Hotel – an indoor pool with a whirlpool and massage beds, and an outdoor pool of irregular shapes with underwater massage. The pools are where visitors can exercise and relax in comfort. A special feature is the therapeutic pool with a ramp enabling mobility-impaired persons and wheel-chair users to descend into water and enter the pool without help or a lift. The pool´s water temperature ranges from 32°C to 36°C.

Hotel Čatež is located within the Čatež Thermal Spa complex and connected to the Winter and Summer Thermal Riviera via an enclosed pathway.
The Summer Thermal Spa complex is accessible to persons on wheelchairs. In one of the pools there is  a pool lift.

The hotel also features  a restaurant and an aperitif bar with a sunny terrace.
